I tried this rub on my steaks cooked on the grill and it really brought out the delicious flavor of the meat.  His recipe is excellent but top secret, and not even his service dog Shasta has been read on to that special access program.

A little about Doctor Dave Andrews:

He is a former Air Commando Medical Officer, Navy Corpsman, and Intelligence Officer who served multiple combat tours in the Middle East until he was badly wounded in action on his fourth tour.  He also is commander of the local Military Order of Purple Hearts, #423. (Please see my February 12, 2024 post.) Dave gives much of his time to his fellow wounded veterans, and also travels around the country teaching about coping mechanisms for Veterans suffering with PTSD, and donates a large amount of the proceeds from Commando Dave’s rub to help heal our nations heroes.
