Thanks To My Loyal Readers for Excellent Writer’s Prompts.

Please read carefully:

I have received nine of them, and they are all excellent and they present to me different potential writing styles and genres that do tend to hijack the sparkly tentacles of my cortical neurons successfully.

Congratulations to my readers who have submitted prompts.  I have accepted the challenge and will create some short pieces for every entry, so please stay tuned because it may take me a little time.  If others submit later, I will also consider more entries, whenever I can, and try to do justice to the thoughts and suggestions each reader has presented. But remember, my interpretation may SURPRISE you.

Some will take longer than others; some will be light – hearted and funny, while others may be more adventurous and at times pensive and deeply trenchant.

Please log in to my site frequently, because YOU NEVER KNOW, when your suggestion will be published and it will patiently knock on the door of your curious minds that seem to crave entertainment, but also knowledge and discernment of the important things in life.

When you read your piece that I have written, it is certainly ok to drink a Guinness as Ollie would, or your favorite wine, but please, if you are drinking when reading your piece, I advise  you to read it slowly at first, then read it two more times, and then and only then, will you receive the full effect that will last deep within your soul.

Remember, all of you.  You are the exalted readers of SRCarson.com.  While most people today prefer videos that entertain and stimulate the mind with beauty and action so that we don’t have to think too much but just flow with the movement provided on the screen, readers are special, because they have learned to honor the written word:  understand its’ position in the sentence and what it means, but importantly, my readers also chew on the words, slowly and feel the exhilaration as the  words send them thousands of miles away, to a place that their minds take them, because that is where their mind prefers to go, while another reader takes the same words, chews on them, and flies to a completely different place.

And remember, each reader is correct in their word-travel adventure.
